Service ProvidersThe Benefit Society has a system of affecting payments via electronic funds transfer, directly into your bank account. Supplementary to this the Society also has a system whereby your remittance advice can be sent to you via email. To enable our service providers to benefit from this, the Society encourages that both services be opted for. Electing payments via electronic funds transfer will give you the benefit of receiving a direct payment twice a month. Should you be interested in participating, please complete the attached agreement and return it together with an original cancelled cheque, bank stamp or original letter from your bank. No photocopies will be accepted. Please print this PDF document and return it to the Society with the correct attachments. |
