In addition to De Beers and State hospitals, hospitals on this list will be paid directly and in full by the Society at the negotiated tariff, provided you have obtained the required hospital pre-authorisation. If you make use of any other hospital, you will have to pay the hospital account directly and in full and on submitting your claim you will only be refunded at the tariffs based on the National Health Reference Price List (NHRPL). Even though not listed below, day clinics, psychiatric hospitals and step-down facilities may also be used, provided pre-authorisation has been obtained.
